
Advisory provides deep information services for businesses to drive strategic planning and decision-making in the blockchain industry, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the market and customer groups through reviewing regulatory compliance and standards from Thailand's SEC office. The team possesses professional expertise in providing blockchain consulting services to address market challenges, adapt and transform accordingly.
In this research project, the design team collaborated with the advisory team, which is the lead team, and the marketing team to identify the target users for the design. The advisory team presented about the customer selling approach for two groups: B2B and B2C. From the research, it was found that the type of customers for cryptocurrency can be both small and large businesses. The advisory and marketing teams are responsible for pricing and sales information, while the design team supports the planning and designing of various interfaces. This was achieved by identifying user needs using the job-to-be-done framework.
As a UX/UI designer, one of the problems that need to be addressed and understood from the customer's perspective is how to design a product that meets their needs and reduces the website's bounce rate. The team has a limited time frame and a sense of urgency to solve this design problem. To address this issue, the team needs to gather ideas and divide the research tasks among team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. However, before the team can start working separately, they need to gather ideas about what the customers want, rather than working on personas.
